Kullanım Koşulları
Cradlecrown'u (cradlecrown.com) oynayarak ya da hesap açarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Cradlecrown'u Hüseyin Enes Ertürk sunar.
Oyun
Cradlecrown ücretsiz, tarayıcıda oynanan bir strateji oyunudur. Oyun geliştirme aşamasındadır; özellikler değişebilir, hizmet zaman zaman kesintiye uğrayabilir.
Hesap
- Hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır; Hazine'den satın almak için gereklidir.
- Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Başkasının hesabını kullanma.
- Kullanıcı adları ve maç adları; hakaret, nefret söylemi, başkasını taklit etme ya da yasa dışı içerik taşıyamaz. Bu tür adları değiştirebilir, hesabı askıya alabiliriz.
Oyun içi davranış
Hile, otomasyon, hata istismarı, sunucuya saldırı ve diğer oyuncuları taciz etmek yasaktır. Bu durumlarda istatistikleri silebilir, sıralamadan çıkarabilir ya da hesabı kapatabiliriz.
Founder's Pack ve Hazine
- Founder's Pack, satıcı sıfatıyla (merchant of record) Polar tarafından satılır. Ödeme, fatura, vergi ve iade süreçlerinde Polar'ın koşulları geçerlidir.
- Paket, satın alındığı anda hesabına tanımlanır: toplam katkına göre unvan ve çerçeve. 5 USD ve üstü katkılar, Cradlecrown Steam'de yayımlandığında bir kozmetik DLC anahtarı; 50 USD ve üstü katkılar oyunun credits bölümünde adınla teşekkür içerir.
- Ödüller kozmetiktir; oyunda avantaj sağlamaz, nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez.
- Steam DLC'si, oyunun Steam'de yayımlanmasına bağlıdır. Yayın tarihi için söz verilmez.
- İade edilen satın almalar toplamdan düşülür; kademe buna göre değişir.
Fikri mülkiyet
Oyunun kodu, çizimleri, sesleri ve markası korunmaktadır. İzin verilenler dışında kopyalanamaz ve dağıtılamaz.
Sorumluluk
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kesinti, veri kaybı ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak yasalardan doğan hakların saklıdır.
Değişiklikler ve hukuk
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri oyunda duyururuz. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında yasal tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

The game
Cradlecrown is a free strategy game played in the browser. It is in development; features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Accounts
- An account is optional; it is needed to buy from the Treasury.
- You are responsible for your account's security. Do not use someone else's account.
- Usernames and match names may not contain insults, hate speech, impersonation or unlawful content. We may change such names or suspend the account.
Conduct
Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, attacking the servers and harassing other players are not allowed. We may then remove statistics, remove you from rankings or close the account.
Founder's Pack and the Treasury
- The Founder's Pack is sold by Polar as the merchant of record. Polar's terms govern payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds.
- The pack is added to your account the moment you pay: a title and frame according to your total. Totals of 5 USD and more include a cosmetic DLC key when Cradlecrown launches on Steam; totals of 50 USD and more include your name in the game's credits.
- Rewards are cosmetic: they give no advantage in play, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- The Steam DLC depends on the game launching on Steam; no launch date is promised.
- Refunded purchases come off your total, and your tier follows.
Intellectual property
The game's code, artwork, sound and brand are protected and may not be copied or distributed except where permitted.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outages, data loss or indirect damage. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
